Aaron Pergram has been selected to present at the 2026 College Music Society (CMS) Great Lakes Chapter Conference at Southern Illinois University Carbondale in Carbondale, IL, on April 17-18, 2026.

He will deliver a presentation titled “The Shaman, the Economist, and the Podcast: Gamifying Cooperative Learning in a Diverse Global Music Course.” This session will explore innovative pedagogical strategies for engaging students in global music curricula through gamification and cooperative learning structures.
